By accessing or using HideIt Impostor (the "Game") and related services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Services.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 17 years of age to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Cheat, use automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Game experience.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content included in the Services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of HideIt Impostor or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

5. IN-APP PURCHASES

The Game may include virtual currency or items that can be purchased with real money. All sales are final and non-refundable unless required by law or platform policies (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

6. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or us.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIDEIT IMPOSTOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
